Shooting stars!

The free ski bus offers a comfortable ride up from the Dolomit Alpenhof family hotel to an altitude of 1,600 metres and the famous biathlon stadium, the South Tyrol Arena in Antholz. The Biathlon World Cup is held here every year: it will play host to the 2020 World Championships and the 2026 Winter Olympics, allowing you to follow the same courses as the professionals. You can even shoot too – but please no wild animals! Just the little black discs, all under the watchful eye of a biathlon instructor.

Let’s see if Mum hits all five targets again today. Unlikely, she’s already out of breath…
